The two large bedrooms are of a generous size each complete with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. There is plenty of closet space and both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Access from the lounge through patio doors lead to a verandah which is a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the breathtaking ocean views, ideal for outdoor dining.
The smaller cottage has an equipped smaller kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator. The bedroom is extremely spacious with a king sized bed an en-suite bathroom and ample closet space. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are situated throughout.
The property comes complete with Cable television, Wi-Fi Internet, Radio/CD player and land line telephone for making local calls. The properties are completely fenced with beautiful landscaped gardens, there is also a large decking area complete with outdoor furniture. Other benefits include a security alarm system and a standby generator.
Just a short drive away you can reach VC Bird International Airport, Cedar Valley Golf Course, Woods Shopping Mall, The Epicurean Supermarket, First Choice Supermarket and St. John's.
