APPROVED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS
Currently there are only specific areas in Antigua and Barbuda which can be invested in. These are residential developments and have been approved for the scheme by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda. Outside of these developments, investment in a business, the National Development Fund or making a charitable donation are the other routes to allowing an application. Remember that you can only apply for Citizenship by Investment via an approved agent. No direct applications to the Citizenship by Investment Unit will be accepted.
