CARNIVAL IS HERE AND WHAT'S ON
Thursday 24th July 2025

Antigua Carnival 2025 has kicked off in grand style, igniting the island with a wave of colour, music, and cultural celebration. The festivities began on July 25 with “Face Off” at Carnival City and continue with high-energy events like T-Shirt Mas, Junior Carnival, and Kari Soca Monarch.

While the Jaycees Queen Show takes a break this year, the celebration still delivers major moments, including a tribute to the iconic Burning Flames' 40th Anniversary and a thrilling mix of boat cruises, music competitions, and cultural showcases leading up to the grand finale of J’ouvert, Monday Mas, and the Parade of Bands on August 4–5.

Alongside Carnival, the island is buzzing with exciting events and offers. From the wild, water-filled Brewmaster’s J’ouvert party to live music performances, seafood nights, brunch sessions, and themed gatherings like Rosé Rocks and Piango Fest, there’s something for every vibe. Restaurants are also getting festive, with food specials, live music dinners, and discounts to match the season's energy. Sports fans can also gear up for the CPL T20 Cricket tournament, which is scheduled to take place in mid-August.

Beyond the festivities, local businesses and attractions are rolling out summer deals and new experiences. Resorts are offering big savings and exclusive packages, restaurants are serving seasonal dishes and drink specials, and tours like catamaran cruises and diving adventures are in full swing. Meanwhile, community news includes local pageant winners, sports achievements, art week invitations, and opportunities to support causes like the Antigua Donkey Sanctuary. Whether you're a visitor or a local, Antigua this season is bursting with flavour, fun, and festive spirit.
