SHEER ROCKS RESTAURANT

As the sun sank spectacularly below the horizon, budding artists at Sheer Rocks' first Summer Series event, Sip and Paint did just that.

Inspired by the sunset and ceramicist Michael Hunt, from Magrie Hunt Cermaics, everyone put brush to ceramics and produced great works of art on dishes, mugs and vases. The wine flowed, and the tapas were as inspired as the art.

Tomato Carpaccio with pickled watermelon, red snapper ceviche, truffle macaroni, and Antiguan Black Pineapple were included in a selection of delicious dishes chosen to match the sunset, wine and chat. New friends were made, old ones caught up, stories swapped as laughter and art mingled for a great and productive evening of fun. 

The Rocks Group’s Summer Series is designed to give visitors and residents a great time, especially in the quiet Summer months when many places close for holidays. We can’t wait for the next one.
