Recently owners Alex and Kate Grimley used their own talented staff and brilliant ideas for their own wedding, done at Nonsuch Bay Resort with a reception for 100 guests. Now they are busy planning more for others, with three weddings taking place at the restaurant and one offsite in October and another three in November.
