Blue Waters Resort & Spa has a vacancy for a Spa Receptionist
The successful applicant(s) will:
- Report to the Spa Supervisor - Have excellent customer relations skills with a positive, outgoing personality. - Be a team player who is resilient, self-motivated, well organized, detail-oriented, and can work unsupervised. - Be computer literate with a sound working knowledge of software programmes. - Ensure guest needs are effectively dealt with, and hospitality is of the higheststandard - Be required to have knowledge of all services and products offered by the Spa, schedule and confirm appointments, upsell products and treatments and carry out routine responsibilities within the Spa.
Any hospitality industry experience will be an asset.
